4. Refunds
Refunds are available in full up to 14 days before the event (on or before 18 September 2026).
After that date, tickets are non-refundable.
Refunds are made to the original payment method and usually take 5 to 10 working days to appear.
If you cannot attend and it is too late for a refund, please see the transfer option below.
5. Transfers
You may transfer your ticket to another qualified therapist up to 7 days before the event (on or before 25 September 2026). Email me the new attendee's name and email address and I will update the booking.
Tickets cannot be transferred to a future event.
If you booked a half-day ticket and wish to upgrade to the full day, email me and I will arrange this subject to availability. You will pay the difference at the price in force on the day you upgrade.
6. If you do not attend
If you do not attend and have not requested a refund or transfer within the periods above, no refund is due. The take-home resource pack will still be sent to you by email.
7. If I have to cancel or change the event
If the event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
If the event is postponed, you will be offered a place on the new date. If that date does not work for you, you will receive a full refund.
In either case my liability is limited to refunding what you paid. I cannot reimburse travel, accommodation or other costs you have incurred, so please consider this before booking non-refundable travel.
If I am unwell or otherwise unable to run the day, I will either postpone or cancel and the terms above will apply.
8. Changes to the programme
The timings of the day are fixed. The content and emphasis within each session may be adjusted so the day reflects what attendees most need, and because this is a fast-moving subject. Any changes will be in keeping with the advertised purpose of the day.
9. What you need to bring
For the afternoon session you will need a laptop, a charger, and login details for an AI platform of your choice. A free account is sufficient.
You are responsible for your own device, your own account, and for complying with the terms of service of any platform you use. I have no affiliation with, and receive no payment from, any AI company. Nothing on the day is endorsed by them.
10. Client confidentiality during the event
This matters more here than in most training rooms.
No identifiable or confidential client information may be entered into any AI tool at any point during the day.
Case examples discussed in the room must be anonymised so that no client could be identified.
What other attendees share in discussion is confidential. Please do not repeat it outside the room in a form that could identify anyone.
You remain responsible at all times for your own professional and ethical obligations, including those owed to your clients, your professional body and your insurer.
11. Recording and photography
The event will not be recorded, and attendees may not record any part of it by audio, video or screen capture.
Photographs may be taken during the day for future promotional use. If you would rather not appear in them, tell me at the start of the day and I will make sure you don't.
12. Materials and intellectual property
All materials, including the THINK Framework, worksheets, templates and the take-home resource pack, remain the intellectual property of Claire Feldman.
You may use them freely within your own practice, including adapting the templates for your own use. You may not resell them, publish them, share them with non-attendees, or use them to deliver training to others.
13. About the templates and content
The training, templates and resources are starting points to be adapted to your own practice. They are not:
legal advice
data protection advice
clinical supervision
approved or endorsed wording
accredited by any professional body
You should check anything client-facing with your own professional body, insurer, or a data protection adviser where that would be appropriate. Any decision you make about using AI in your practice remains yours, and you remain professionally accountable for it.
14. CPD certificate
You will receive a certificate of attendance stating the hours attended and the content covered. This is not an accredited or endorsed CPD qualification. Requirements vary between professional bodies, so please check your own before booking if this matters to you.
15. Access requirements
The venue states that it has disabled access. If you have any access, mobility or sensory needs, please tell me as early as possible so that I can discuss what you need and confirm what the venue and I are able to provide.
I will do what I reasonably can, but I cannot guarantee that every requirement can be met at this venue.
16. Conduct
This is a professional setting and I expect the courtesy therapists generally extend one another, including where people disagree, which they will.
I reserve the right to ask anyone to leave whose behaviour is abusive, discriminatory or disruptive to others' learning. No refund will be given in these circumstances.
17. Your personal data
I collect your name, email address and any access or dietary information you give me, in order to administer your booking and run the event.
Your data is held securely and is not sold or shared with third parties, other than the payment and email providers needed to run the booking.
Booking records are kept for 7 years for accounting purposes. Other details are deleted within 12 months of the event.
Marketing emails are sent only if you have separately agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
You have the right to ask what data I hold, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted where I am not required to keep it.

18. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Otherwise, my total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including travel and accommodation costs, loss of earnings, or any outcome arising from decisions you make about AI in your practice after attending.
19. Events outside my control
I am not liable for failure to run the event due to circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including venue closure, transport disruption, severe weather, illness, or public health restrictions. In such cases sections 7 applies.
20. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales / Northern Ireland — see note below] and any dispute will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

There's no charge and no paperwork. Email me the new attendee's name and email address and I'll update the booking and send them everything they need.
This is the better option if you've missed the refund deadline, and it means your place goes to someone who can use it.
Tickets can't be transferred to a future event.
Upgrades
If you booked a half-day ticket and want to change to the full day, email me and I'll arrange it subject to availability. You'll pay the difference at whatever price is current on the day you upgrade, not the price when you first booked.
If you don't attend
If you don't attend and haven't asked for a refund or transfer within the times above, no refund is due.
The take-home resource pack will still be emailed to you, so you won't come away with nothing.

If the event is postponed, you'll be offered a place on the new date. If that date doesn't suit you, you'll receive a full refund instead.
Either way, my liability is limited to refunding what you paid. I can't reimburse travel, accommodation or any other costs you've committed to, so please think carefully before booking non-refundable trains or hotels, particularly if you're travelling a distance.
This applies equally if I'm unwell or otherwise unable to run the day.
Questions
If your circumstances don't fit neatly into any of the above, email me. I'd rather hear from you than have you assume the answer is no.
