✦ 21–26 June 2026 · Free Online Summit · 27 Speakers ✦

Private practice is changing. This is your calm, strategic guide through it.

A free online summit for therapists who want to stay visible, financially sustainable, and professionally grounded — without becoming someone they're not.

Three days of focused content. Two live sessions. One guided week.

Something has quietly shifted.
You've been in private practice for a while now. You know your work. You've found your footing.
But you've probably noticed — something has changed in the last year or two. Maybe more than one thing.

The way clients find therapists feels different. Google works differently. AI is changing how people search, and you're not sure yet what that means for you.

Directories that used to generate steady enquiries feel less predictable. Instagram feels more exhausting than it used to — more crowded, more performative, and less worth the time it takes.
Alongside all of that, there are the quieter questions about your pricing, your capacity, your energy. About what the next five or ten years of practice actually look like. About whether the model you've built still makes sense — and if it doesn't, what you do instead.
None of this is panic. It's information. And it's exactly what this summit is designed to help you think through.

This summit isn't going to tell you to post more, pivot faster, or hustle harder.
The Private Practice Summit 2026 is three days of calm, intelligent, therapist-specific content — across visibility, sustainability, money, and the evolving shape of private practice.
Not generic business advice. Not a countdown timer. Not a string of speakers with something to sell you.
Just honest, practical conversation — from therapists, mentors, and specialists who understand what it actually means to run an ethical, sustainable practice in 2026.
This summit IS:

An honest look at how the visibility landscape is shifting — and what actually works now

Practical guidance on pricing, capacity, and income beyond 1:1 — without the "six figures" framing

Thoughtful, nuanced conversation about AI, ethical marketing, and your evolving professional identity

A space for experienced therapists to think clearly about what comes next — without pressure to reinvent themselves overnight

This summit is NOT:

Advice telling you to become an influencer

Doom about AI replacing therapists

Content designed for someone just starting out

Generic business coaching that ignores the specific ethics and realities of therapy practice

You don't need to reinvent yourself. You need clear information, honest conversation, and a map of the territory as it actually is right now.

The themes this summit explores — visibility, money, identity, AI, sustainability — are ones that matter at every stage of practice.

If you're earlier in your journey, you may find yourself thinking about these questions sooner than you expected.

You're Welcome here too.

A guided week — not just a collection of talks.

The summit is designed as a complete experience: grounded at the start, focused in the middle, reflective at the end. It begins on Sunday with a live session that sets the context — honest, calm, and strategically oriented — so you arrive at the content with clarity rather than overwhelm.

Three days of focused pre-recorded sessions follow.  And the week closes on Friday with a live panel conversation that holds space for the bigger questions. You don't have to watch everything. You don't have to take notes on every session. The week is designed to give you enough — not everything.

Visibility & Being Found

How do clients find therapists in 2026? The answer is more varied — and more interesting — than it was even two years ago. Day 1 covers the full visibility landscape: SEO and search behaviour, websites, directories, social media, YouTube, and the shift towards AI-powered search. The goal isn't to tell you to do more. It's to help you understand what's actually changing — so you can make thoughtful choices about where your time and energy go.

Sustainable Practice, Money & Capacity

A practice that's full but unsustainable isn't actually working. Day 2 is about the financial and energetic reality of private practice — pricing, capacity, income beyond 1:1, and what it looks like to build something that supports you long-term, not just your clients. This isn't a day about earning more. It's a day about building differently.

The Evolving Practice

The third day is the most forward-looking — and, we think, the most important for where private practice is heading. How is the profession changing? How do you adapt without losing yourself — your values, your voice, your sense of professional identity? Day 3 holds space for the bigger questions, not just the tactical ones.

REVIEWS

What therapists said about the 2025 summit.

I have spent the past three days absolutely engrossed in the videos and I've been so impressed by the quality of the speakers, the range of topics and all the knowledge that's been shared. It's an absolute gift to therapists like me, trying to get my head around ethical online marketing in a world which is evolving so quickly. I've gathered up so much gold-dust and I'm feeling so inspired to reinvigorate my private practice.

— 2025 Summit Attendee

As an AuDHD counsellor who has regularly struggled with imposter syndrome, diminished executive function and a general sense of not good enough, I found the session spoke into those places today. Giving me another level of acceptance and empathy to myself in my business.

— Angie, 2025 attendee

I was dreading this one — I thought it would be so complicated — but it was such an exhale for me.

Grace, 2025 summit attendee

I was inspired to immediately write a blog using a storytelling format and it feels so much more authentic to me, purposeful and valuable.

— Amy, 2025 summit attendee

Very helpful and informative. Such a shame this is not taught as a module in counselling courses.

FAQs
FAQ — Questions
  • Yes. All summit sessions are free to watch during the 48-hour window each day. You'll need to register with your email address — that's all.
  • The 25+ speaker sessions are pre-recorded, so you can watch them when it works for you — between clients, in the evening, or at the weekend. There are also two live sessions included in your free registration: an opening session on Sunday 21 June (11:30am UK) and a closing panel on Friday 26 June (12pm–1pm UK). Both are recorded for those who can't attend live, but we'd encourage you to join in real time if you can — particularly the panel.
  • Therapists and counsellors in private practice who want to navigate a changing landscape thoughtfully. The content goes deepest for those who are a few years into building their practice and starting to feel the ground shifting — in how clients find them, in their relationship with visibility and marketing, in their energy and capacity. That said, the themes are relevant at any stage. If you're newer to private practice, you may find you're thinking about these questions earlier than you expected — and the sessions will still speak directly to where you are.
  • You can upgrade to the All-Access Pass after registering, which gives you lifetime access to all recordings. You're never pressured to decide before you've seen the summit.
  • No. If you can click a link and check your email, you're fine.
  • Yes — there's a private pop-up community during the summit week where you can connect with other therapists, ask questions, and continue conversations from the sessions.
  • Sessions are content-focused, not sales presentations. Speakers may mention their own work in passing, but we curate carefully — this isn't a summit built around a marketplace of offers.
  • An optional upgrade offered after you register, for those who'd like to keep access to all recordings beyond the 48-hour windows. You'll see the full details once you've signed up.
Private practice is changing. You get to decide how you respond to that.

Not with panic. Not by becoming someone you're not. Not by working more hours, posting every day, or chasing visibility on platforms that exhaust you.

With information. With strategy. With honest conversation — from practitioners who've thought carefully about exactly where the profession is heading.

That's what a week in June can give you.

It starts on Sunday with grounding and context. It moves through three days of focused, practical content. And it ends on Friday with a reflective conversation about where private practice is going — and how to move with it rather than against it.

It's free. The pre-recorded sessions work around your schedule. The two live sessions are worth showing up for.
